12:00am - Riga Pickup

A bus will be leaving at 12:10 (be there for 12:00) Don't be late!
The pickup will happen in front of the Hotel Radisson Blu Latvia (address is Elizabetes Street 55) - its a huge hotel in the city centre, you can't miss it. The bus should also have a paper sign in the window saying Gerda & Mark. Drinks and breakfast snacks will be provided.

13:00 - Wedding Venue Arrival

The venue is about an hour 45 minutes away. You'll have some time to drop your things off to your room. We'll supply a room allocation list before the day but in case you forgot we'll have printouts there.

15:00 - Wedding ceremony 

Mark and Gerda will arrive but you should start being seated 30 mins before, hoping for a dry sunny day this will take place outside at Abgunstes Manor, if wet it'll take place inside. There will be small snacks and drinkies after.

15:40 - Activities 

It's customary for Latvian weddings to have actives. We have arranged medieval style activities, but we are keeping a lot of that info secret but there will be something for everyone. You'll also have some time to mingle.

18:00 Dinner and More Activities 

Dinner and speeches etc. Food will be a buffet style so you can grab what you like but expect meat, salads and potato pancakes. Breakfast is included the next day.​

00:00 Main Activities End and hardcore Partying Begins

Unlike British weddings Latvian weddings go on almost all night, there should be plenty of drink to keep you all going.

The next morning...

Breakfast is provided the next day and the coach will leave at approximately 11am so those who are on the 15:45 flight will make it on time. It'll even drop you off at the airport at around 1pm. We will be going on our honeymoon in the evening so won't be around to hang out unfortunately.
